Dreaming 2008

What am I going to do this week to make that happen? (Dec. 31 - Jan.6)

1.      Walk 3 miles every day or do Walk Away The Pounds (3 mile)

Update Jan. 5: I did this one day. Time is a HUGE problem.  It has been too cold to walk outside, too dark when I get home at night… New plan: Do 3 mile walk away the pounds in the morning. That means I get up at 5.  Do I really want it? OOOHHH I really want it!

2.      Eat a HEALTHY breakfast (which does not include fast food)

Update Jan. 5: Made it four days.  The days I DID eat McDonald’s I skipped the hash brown and got a mcmuffin instead of a biscuit.  Barrier: Time, boredom.  Solution: Deal with it,

3.      Get rid of clothes I hate.

Update Jan. 5: I did this - I purged my closet.  It was scary to just GET RID of stuff.  But now it’s gone and it’s not cluttering up my life anymore!

4.    Make an appt. with my doctor.

Update Jan. 5: Ooops, totally forgot.  Will do on Monday.

Things to do week of Jan. 7 - 13:

1. Make appt. with doctor.

2. Walk away the pounds 3 mile.  Every morning.

3. Healthy breakfast.

4. Take a Lean Cuisine and a salad or veggie for lunch each day.

1.      Write 2000 words a day. Update Jan. 5: Did not do it.  Get it together, and write.

1.      Step one – I know what it is.  Did it.

What am I going to do this week to make that happen? (Dec. 31- Jan. 6)

1.      Eat out only once a week. Update Jan. 5 - Well, this takes planning which I did NOT do but I have done for next week.

Tasks for Jan. 7 - 13

1. Cook dinner every night.

art.jpgI dreamed of having explored all the creative outlets that appeal to me.

What am I going to do this week to make that happen? (Dec. 31 - Jan. 6)

1.      Search for an Artists Way Group Apparently, there is not one in Charlotte.  I will just do the Artists Way by myself. So this week: Read the book and make a plan.

2.      Take pictures every day. Update: Did not do. No time.  Solution: I am going to take my camera to work and take pictures when I need a break - a 10 minute walk around the office park should yield SOMETHING.

3.      Download them. Post the best one of the week.

What am I going to do this week to make that happen? (Dec. 31 - Jan. 6)

1.      Clean out Little M’s closet. Update: Started.

2.      Get rid of old magazines. Done

Tasks for Jan. 7 - 13:

1. Finish Little M’s closet.

2. Take down Christmas.

3. Trip to Goodwill

4. Clean out cabinet under my sink in the bathroom.

What am I going to do this week to make that happen? (Dec. 31 - Jan. 6)

1.      Plan a Girl’s Night Out for the end of January. Go ahead and invite the girls. Girl’s Night Out Planned and girls invited!

What am I going to do this week to make that happen? (Dec. 31 - Jan. 6)

1.      Go to church on Sunday. Going on Jan, 6.
